Framing PDP BJP Govt was Compulsion : JK Minister | KNO

BHADERWAH,MAR 26 (KNO) : Known for less controversial statements ,Minister for Agriculture Gulam Nabi Lone Hanjura today said that framing government with BJP was a compulsion and if PDP not constituted government with BJP it divides Jammu and Kashmir regions from each other .

Minister was addressing a PDP workers meeting at Dak Bunglow Bhaderwah where he disclosed that when Late Mufti Mohammad Syeed started the process of constituting the government with BJP , he was the first person among the party Legislators who oppose the same . Ministers urged upon the party workers and leaders to prepared their self for coming assembly election and said no doubt there will be direct fight between PDP and BJP .

Minister also claimed that Late Mufti Mohammad Syed was not interested to constitute government with Congress in 2003 but when then PM Monmohan Singh and UPA chairperson offered CM seat to PDP who had 16 MLAs at that time Late Mufti Mohammad Syed accepted the proposal . Sheikh Mehboob Iqbal PDP general secretray , PDP district president Doda Shabul Haq , district president youth Sajid Mir , Zonal president Yudvir Singh and other were also present on the occasion (KNO)
